Services Provided
Zepdash provides a range of digital services including Website Design & Development, Mobile Application Development, AI-Powered Solutions, Brand Strategy & Design, Web Application Development, and Social Media Management. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate agreement signed by both parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Zepdash and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables as specified in their project agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements in a timely manner, supplying necessary assets as agreed upon, reviewing and approving deliverables within specified timeframes, and making payments as per the agreed schedule.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins. Failure to make payments on time may result in work being paused or suspended. Zepdash reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until full payment has been received.
Limitation of Liability
Zepdash shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.
Revisions & Change Requests
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be quoted and billed separately. Zepdash will always communicate any scope changes in advance.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
Zepdash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
