We studied leading healthcare and aesthetics websites, analyzed patient booking behavior, and reviewed medical UX standards. We also evaluated competitors within Jamaica to identify opportunities for stronger positioning.
Positioning Strategy
We positioned Kamric as a trusted, expert-led healthcare brand with a modern and credible presence. The focus was on building trust through clean design, credibility cues, clear service presentation, and professional messaging.
Conversion Approach
We implemented a centralized appointment booking system supported by strategically placed "Book Appointment" CTAs. The website structure was service-driven, helping users quickly understand offerings and take action.
UX Thinking
The platform was designed with a mobile-first approach, ensuring simple navigation and minimal steps required to book an appointment.
Content Direction
