The business challenge
DAS was managing complex compliance processes manually. Client onboarding, policy generation, requests, incidents, and reporting workflows were spread across different systems and documents.
The challenge was not only to digitize these operations, but also to create a platform that clients could use daily in a secure, structured, and scalable way.
The platform needed to support compliance tracking, AI-assisted document generation, incident and request management, subscription-based access, and secure document workflows — all in one system.
